Are you paying your Nanny or Babysitter enough?

Here are some "tips" on the going hourly rates in Hoboken these days.  Plus, us Nannies should get what we deserve...obviously, based on experience. The more experience, the more parents should want to pay. 

Excellent pay=EXCELLENT CARE

1 kid: $13-$15

2 kids: $18-$20

3 kids: $22-$25

4 kids- $30+ 

(sidenote: if you have 4 kids in Hoboken, kudos to you!)
